1. Google Cloud Console → APIs & Services → OAuth consent screen (External, scope gmail.readonly + gmail.send)
2. Credentials → OAuth Client ID Web → Authorized redirect: https://claude-mate-ai-clone.jdebeaume.workers.dev/gmail-oauth-callback

3. Set secrets worker ai-clone:

wrangler secret put GMAIL_CLIENT_ID
wrangler secret put GMAIL_CLIENT_SECRET
